Beauty Maintenance
Daily Maintenance:

1. Cleanser.  To stay beautiful, we are to ask Jesus to cleanse
us of our sins and unwanted impurities. Jesus is our cleaning
agent that works through the dirt.

2. Moisturizer.  A great moisturizer is compassion.  We should
look around and see the needs of others instead of ourselves.
This is a great moisturizer because this will soften us up. The
love of God will work every time.

3.  Foundation.  To start with a good foundation, use the Word
of God.  Once the Word of God is applied in Our spirit man, our
make-up is good. The Word will Keep us from sinning.

4. Blush.   We do not have to be ashamed because  of the Holy
Ghost.  He is our protector and Comforter. God’s love will radiate
in us.

5.  Eye Make-up.  Shinning eyes are to be guarded by not
looking at unclean or unholy things. We are the temple of the
Holy Ghost, whom lives in you.

6. Lipstick.  Apply the shade of pleasant words. Pleasant words
are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul and health to the bones.

7.  Hand Lotion.   Apply the lotion to the hands of good deeds
and some generosity to others so our hands don’t become dry
and brittle.
All women know that staying beautiful is a daily job. We have to keep
ourselves up each day. It is real easy to let ourselves go.  We have to
always do the same things each day to get the effects we want. The same
works within the inner man as the outer man. The body has to be worked
on each day, so does the spirit man. The spirit man has to be fed just like
the body. Beauty comes from within. My Granny Walker always told us
that  “pretty is as pretty does.”

Have you ever seen a beautiful person with an excellent body, teeth, and
hair all in one?  And when you got to know their ways and actions, they
were just selfish and hateful. Then they became the most ugly person you
ever saw.  Also, the opposite-have you ever met someone where nothing
about their appearance looks good, maybe they look like they haven't
brushed their teeth in the past year, and their hair looks like it has never
been combed, they don't wear the nicest of clothes, but when they open
their mouth, the kindest words came out, they had a good attitude toward
others, and were a joy to be around.

Proverbs 31:30 “Favor is deceitful, and beauty is vain; but a woman
that feared the Lord, she shall be praised.”
